The live streams, snapshots and profile photos on JerkWith are delivered by Streamate. If your concern is about something shown in a stream or on a Streamate profile, please contact Streamate as well, because they control that content.

How to send a notice

Email legal@jerkwith.com with:

• your physical or electronic signature
• a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• the address (URL) of the page on JerkWith where the material appears
• your name, postal address, phone number and email address
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

Counter-notices

If material you're responsible for was removed and you believe it was a mistake, email legal@jerkwith.com with the same details plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
