1. Acceptance

By using jerkwith.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal where you are. By using the site you confirm both.

3. What JerkWith is

JerkWith is a free discovery site that shows live streams from Streamate. We don't host, produce, record or control the video content. We are an affiliate partner that helps you find live performers.

4. Streamate accounts

Watching on JerkWith doesn't need an account. Chatting, tipping, private shows and payments happen on Streamate under Streamate's own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

5. Model pages

Model pages show information the performer publishes on Streamate, plus descriptions written with the help of AI. We aim to keep them accurate but can't guarantee every detail, and streams can go offline or private at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18
• scrape, copy or automatically access the site or its API
• record, redistribute or commercially use the live streams
• use the site for anything illegal, or try to disrupt how it works

7. Intellectual property

The JerkWith name, logo, design, text and code belong to us. Streams, snapshots and profile content belong to the performers and Streamate.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that any stream will be available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JerkWith isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
