1. Who we are

JerkWith (“we”, “us”) runs the live cam discovery site at jerkwith.com. We are an affiliate partner of Streamate: live streams come from Streamate, and we don't host or record any video.

2. What we collect when you browse

We don't ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number or payment details to use JerkWith.

  • A random visitor ID and a session ID created in your browser (stored in local storage and session storage). They aren't linked to your name, email address or any account.
  • Usage events, such as the model pages you open, how long you watch a stream, skips, matches and favorites, together with the model's public profile attributes, the page address and whether you're on a phone or a computer. We use them to improve matches and the site.
  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser and requested page), kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. What stays on your device

Your favorites list, the preferences the matchmaker learns from what you watch, and a few display settings are stored in your browser's local storage. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

4. Your camera

The “Start your cam” preview uses your camera only inside your browser. The video is never uploaded, recorded or sent to JerkWith or anyone else. You can switch it off at any time, and it stops when you leave the page.

5. Cookies

JerkWith itself doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we'll update this policy.

6. Streamate and service providers

Live streams and model snapshots load directly from Streamate's servers, so Streamate receives your IP address and browser information while you watch. When you click to chat or sign up, you go to Streamate and its privacy policy applies.

Our servers and database are run by hosting providers that process data only on our behalf.

7. How long we keep data

Usage events and server logs are kept only as long as they're useful for improving and securing the site, and are then deleted.

8. Your choices

Clearing this site's data in your browser resets your visitor ID, favorites and preferences. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@jerkwith.com.

9. Adults only

JerkWith is only for adults aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
